Jupiter, Mars, Saturn, Venus AND Mercury align for the first time in 11 years!

• The rare celestial shot of all five planets and the moon was captured by Martin Dolan over Stephens Castle in Dorset
  
• It is the first time in 11 years the planets are visible at the same time, although it's not technically an alignment
  
• In an alignment, the planets would line up outwards from the sun but in this case they are positioned on their orbits in such a way that they form an arc across the same portion of sky 
  
• Views of the five planets will continue to be visible until the 20 February but next week will offer the best chance
