Most anticipated Chinese dramas of 2016

Lots of fantasy/wuxia dramas coming this year. The biggest is probably Zhu Xian starring Li Yifeng, Zhao Liying, TF Boys, angelababy etc. That's quite an insane cast and currently getting the most hype.

Not sure about "biggest", bc Zhu Xian is going to rival Yang Mi's 3Lives3Worlds. Once the latter releases more stills and posters, it's going to get as much hype as Zhu Xian, if not even more tbh. I doubt they'll be aired this year though. 

 

Excited for Yang Mi's Les Interpretes, Zheng Shuang and Yang Yang's drama and Tang Yan's Princess Weiyoung. Maybe Legend of the Fox too.

yeah the 3 lives, 3 worlds and 10 miles of peach blossoms drama is very hyped. There's also a movie ver with yifei and yang yang or something. There's going to be so much comparisons...

Im not sure. I think there are too many big C dramas for it to make the list.

3lives3worlds with yang mi and zhao you ting is kinda a miscast. lots of ppl are looking forward to the movie version more. zhu xian doesnt have ab btw.

Let's hope it does not get delayed to 2017 die to costume drama (å¤è£…剧) quota.

 

SARFT regulates only 15% of drama on a given TV station can be used for costume dramas.
