Wendy and Seulgi had Nature Republic endorsement lined up, and their pictorial got leaked but the manager made a fuss on instagram. Fans realized after a while that the CF was cancelled, but obviously it wouldn't be Nature Republic dropping it because they already made the deal, etc. Joy was set for a pictorial with Lemona, which SM put on their website only for a day, then dropped too. Other groups in SM don't have as much CFs as a few years back, and I doubt it's because of lack of popularity (obviously not). More like SM has been picky and (mostly) support adverts who sign contracts or makes partnerships (for example SPAO). Eh, it's a money thing, in my opinion...

Its hilariously delusional that you actually thought brand like NR would actually put   rookie  wendy and seulgi as their main model lol.

It wouldn't be seulgi/wendy promoting them but NR promoting seulgi /wendy instead  .

 

Rookies like Twice /rv/lovelyz etc only used for only  magazine photoshoots for famous cosmetic brands now .No one would take the brand seriously if they casted them as main model. Like RV just did an innisfree cf .So as any famous cosmetic ps of theirs is most likely for a magazine promo or such promo which got  cancelled or accepted.

 

And FYI Nature republic signs contract deals only in NOV . They would never  start new campaign photoshoot before signing contract .So don't even think about that.

Yes, RV does get big cosmetic brand offers, just like many new idol groups from big companies. It's not a far off or "delusional". Even if  SM  try force rv on NR  with joint deals to promote them . Unlikely a NR status brand would ever except that and only  turn it  down.

So its ridiculous to imply  NR did 2016 campaign photoshoot with seul/wen as model and they were offered the deal based off that.It doesn't really works like how you think

It doesn't  matter a bit for whome that  photographer worked for ,he is just a  photographer who does photoshoots for various brands with many models, he is not any NR contract representative ,and that ps is most possibly for an  promotional photoshoot which NR were planning for side  promotion purpose  on some magazines but  only for 2015 ( while main model was exo/taeyeon for 2015) just  like how joy did ps for etude ,like posted below while etude's main model was krystal only.

had the pic above was leaked after    etude x joy promotional pictorials  was cancelled  like rv x NR for whatever  reason. But its obvious joy would have been never been considered for main model for etude like wen/seul wouldn't be for NR. They need to me a lot more for that ,too early

""Xxx" would never be considered." Its just ridiculous how you think a rookie gg wouldnt been signed because they are "new". Joy's is a different case - I never said she signed as a contracted Etude model ever, but realistically speaking, she DID model for the brand not just in magazine but some of her ads are in their branches. YES Seulgi and Wendy were "in talks" for that Nature Republic ad whether you like it or not. Yeah you are right that photographer works with many clients but he was, again, picturing them for Nature Republic because his instagram post had the #Nature Republic tag.

 

Dont label me delulu - many up and coming rookies who are not ""national"" level get signed to good brands on numerous accounts. That is not something to fight with me about, sista

 

Check your posts for mistakes, its giving me a headache

RV's lack of CFs is kinda sad considering they come from big 3 and a girl group who have decent digital sales (which appeal to public more).

Even exo-k, which is considered having a flop debut with slump digital (means no public appeal) is having about 5 CFs in debut era. like samsung, the face shop, sunny 10, school uniform, etc.
