المروة 745 Posted October 21, 2013 Share Posted October 21, 2013 I went to some fish & chip shop or chicken and chips, whatever you want to call it with some of my friends As soon as I stepped inside the shop, this man had already caught my attention, he was really handsome and was probably around his thirties so I kept sneaking glances at him, think he might have noticed a few times. There was queue and I was at the end and so just as I was about to order this man closed his eyes, it looked like he was pain and then he opened his eyes with such confidence and out of nowhere he guessed what I was going to order, he guessed the toppings I wanted and the drink I wanted and then ohmygod HE GUESSED MY NAME. Oh wow, how the actual fucking hell was that even possible? I'm going to go back and flirt with him, maybe ask him for some of his powers. nah jk but he really was awesome. My faith is shaken. They're either delusional or actual scammers, and when they get things right it's by coincidence or knowledge of human psychology, but never because of alleged psychic powers. She told us one of us was going to drown if we went on the trip to Oklahoma. Didn't listen to her... cause yall know, it sounds childish. One of my cousin ended up drowning. There's a popular psychic in Houston, the police even tried to arrest him. Maybe too supernatural for them. He told 3 of my cousins 3 months beforehand to beware of water. One drowned (the one my aunt warned about) , the other two got help by the other swimmers that were there. I bet they would have drowned too if they didn't get help. Also there was a women in our neighbourhood who also had this special ability.She for example told my mum that she was pregnant with a boy and she turned out right ( she didn't even know my mum.) ingenting 1,781 Posted October 21, 2013 Share Posted October 21, 2013 I mostly don't. i believe almost everyone who does it for money are scams or deluded or both. it's usually clever tricks and a good understanding of human psychology, or being vague enough for the predictions to be self fulfilling (kinda like horoscopes, where you trick yourself into believing they're accurate since you interpret them in a way that reflects on your own life). but i don't rule out the possibility that there could be things that science can't explain (yet?) that's similar to psychic powers entirely. They are seeking and making use of evil for their "powers" and that's why a lot of them are scammers (people who do hypnosis, magicians, psychics). I don't trust them but what they're doing is real.
