But what I'd like to address is that my rates may caused a huge misunderstanding on my part, especially with female idols. Let's be real, in order to be able to debut as a female idol, you have to be pretty, or at least above average. So of course the average female idol is going to stand out amongst the average girl you'd see on a daily basis. So when I rate a female idol 5/10, I'm not saying she is an average female you'd see on the street, no. I'm saying she's the average idol you'd see on a music show. So if anything the actual REAL average female is a 3/10 by my ratings. Anything lower than that is below average, period. However this cannot be the same for male idols. There are a numerous amount lot of pretty female idols and very little number of downright unattractive ones. However, finding exceptionally attractive male idols is rare, and finding one's who lack substantial visuals is not uncommon. So in my visuals rates - 5/10 is average for the everyday guy and 3/10 is average for the everyday female. So if I rated a girl 4/10, she's still above average, but if I rated a guy 4/10, he's below average. Please be aware this is just my opinion, and is meant to be taken lightly. Tldr - Hot male idols are uncommon, hot female idols are common. I have updated my visual rates due to a lack of an overall and my tastes change over time, sometimes the more I look at a person the less or more attractive they become. As I don't swing that way, I never really focus on the visuals of girl groups.. and for boy groups.. i think they all look good (HELLO, make up + good clothing and styling) so I usually find someone attractive or good looking when I know of their personality and like it.. I mean we got the typical pretty boy but I personally never like the flower boy look so i don't consider those boys good looking, but more "pretty" if you know what i mean. And even then.. i can't ever really go "oh he's prettier or more good looking than him.." since i'm automatically biased to my personal preference moral of my long post: Beauty is in the eye of the beholder so don't neg OP's post.. it is her subjective opinion, as long as she's respectful in delivering it. well never mind then... you saying "the fact still remains" is a bit offensive as this isn't a fact as you stated at the top of your post (I spot a contradiction). Then I see the thread you made about rating all these boy and girl groups.. damn girl. Look in the mirror will you before judging others? sheesh.
