What's the most K-pop has ever influenced you?

This is really embarrassing, but there was a time period K-pop really influenced the way I dressed. When G-Dragon came out with the Heartbreaker album I was OBSESSED with him. Since I'm a girl one would naturally assume it was a crush sort of obsession however that was not the case I wanted TO BE G-Dragon. I was in my awkward easily influenced teen years, so I wanted to buy things that would be similar to GD. As a little cute white girl I was wearing long baggy tops with zippers in weird places, long fringe, lots of colorful leather jackets, and a bunch of other eccentric stuff. Sad thing is I was buying expensive stuff to get this look. Some of those jackets I got were in the thousands and I don't even wear them anymore. I even was trying to get my room decorated in the same color scheme as the Heartbreaker music video. I didn't go through with the room thing, but I got some eccentric items for my room that I have never put up.

I'm so embarrassed by 14-15 year old me and kinda ashamed haha. I'm out of that phase now by the way.

What was the most Kpop ever influenced you?

You were 14 years old and you could afford jackets that cost in the thousands? What type of currency are we talking about?  :wth:

when I say thousands I mean more in the 1,000 range. We're talking dollars. I got A LOT of money for good grades and holidays. I was a little bit more on the spoiled side in my teen years

I have two more piercings now because I was inspired by Jaejoong's piercings.

Before kpop, I never even thought of spending 100+ on concert tickets, let alone go to a concert, but I spent about $150-200 (forgot the exact amount) of my college graduation gift money on a P3 ticket for KCON 2014, just because IU was going to be there.

Also I started to pay more attention to fashion.
