I'm talking they said I'm free to lie to people calling to see if we have something... ...If the phone is even answered at all, because they act like they ain't ever trying to answer it~ People will legit see something they touched fall on the floor and just leave it there, because WE have to pick up everything and that's what most of the time is spent doing. Trashy af~ Let their damn 10,000 children run all over the place and holler halfway across the store for them. And I end up watching and talking to them. And they sometimes only speak Spanish~ I SAW A DIAPER ON THE FLOOR ONCE! Except if anyone asks me that, I didn't because I woulda had to pick it up. Smh at whoever saw it and didn't move it~ A lady told me the floor was wet in one of the changing rooms~ So I told my manager and she said someone probably pissed in it and not to let anyone else in~ I told the boss manager and she said...someone probably pissed in it.
