lol the suits with the orange ties are SM bodyguards. They're at every single concert or music show recording that has an SM artist I think cuz so far they've been there at both the gangnam festival and all the other music show recordings SHINee had had so far.

That was during the Mnet open studio thingy where they interview them and the fans can watch from the window.

The orange tied gentleman were standing outside in front of the window threatening the fans with closing the blinds if they don't sit while the boys were inside getting ready to record.

To be honest I'm pretty sure Jjong wasn't looking at him cuz there was quite a distance between them.
