As much as I do love them, EXO is over-hyped. Great potential, but too over-hyped that I simply question the sanity of SM. I'll be annoyed if the new SM boy-group does not debut in the next 6-months as a result of SM over-working to "define" EXO. It just feels like the company has unrealistic expectations.
