The guy is a grown ass man, it's no longer his parents responsibility to police his actions. When a child behaves badly it reflects badly on the parents, when an adult behaves badly it reflect badly solely on them. Cha Noah is no longer of an age where you get to blame his parents for his behaviour, he has the free will to be as stupid as he wants (and it seems he's taking full advantage of this 'freedom'). It is not really weird to not completely write off the fact that the guy was raised by parents and somehow still turned out this way, though. He's 25, not 50. Extended adolescence is a thing in the US and, also, I think in SK. Besides, no one would care about the guy specifically if it weren't for his father.
