Have you told your partner about all of your past relationships?

Yeah I wait till/if he brings it up as well. I feel bad though cause I've had way more exes than him which I didn't realise, he asked about it the other day and he was like "cause I've had 3" and then I was just like "um, yeah I've had more than that" but didn't go into details of exactly how many, just kinda went over the main ones and then he did the same lol :)

But it was more like an interesting chat than anything else, it didn't feel weird to be talking about it at all which I initially thought it might be lol :)

Personally i don't think this is necessary unless your past relationships left you with triggers of some sort (abusive, alcoholism, drug addiction, sex addiction), or something else impactful like a pregnancy/abortion/miscarriage or a proposal.

Typically though, I've found that in early get to know each other stages.... Past relationship anecdotes tend to spill out from time to time. I guess if both parties are nonchalant about the dialogue, and aren't comparing the current relationship to the past ones... It's not usually awkward.

id o talk to her about the one ex, because i think that in a relationship, it´s necessary to be truthful to one another. plus that first relationship ended very badly so i tell her about that, and why i am the way i am with her. i don´t bring it up that often anymore, but if she asks, id be more than happy to talk it through with her. c:
