Sunghee was with KARA in 2007, when they debuted with 'Break It'. She was there for another song as well, ('If U Wanna'), before she left to focus on schooling as it was a promise to her parents. After she left, the two new members were Hara and Jiyoung, which is the line-up in 'Step'. I don't think Sunghee's done much in the entertainment industry since. She did get married, though.
