It doesn't matter how you see yourself or if other people find you attractive or not (as there could be many different reasons) but have you ever intentionally tried to look typically either more or less "attractive" according to the area you're currently living in? And at some places you can't even wear a skirt. After a few attempts of catcalling and all the stares I get yeah I kinda consider where I am going as I am choosing clothes. I also remember a time I went bowling with some classmates and all the other females were wearing jeans while I was wearing a mini skirt with knee high boots.
