JYP already violated everything in bold. Why neg me for this? He already cause mental harm to tzuyu. Neglected her needs as she was not in a legal age. By the needs meant that, she was in in the training agency at the of 13. There is a parental needs that a person should have when growing up. Just by training in the agency, JYP already neglected that. Sexual abuse, JYP promotes TZUYU sexually at the age of 16. Its not just prostitution. Even oogling is an act of sexual harm. Scoping is an act of sexual harm. Everything in that can cause sexual implications is under the act of sexual harm. Im not saying that it was only JYP per se. The topic is about if JYP about charging those kind of violations if they operate in US. JYPE messed up, but given the situation and how things turned out, can you really say that the company neglected her and purposefully damaged her mentally? Were you there when they seemingly bullied and forced Tzuyu to choke out an apology? Should JYPE raise the middle finger to the whole chinese market and neglect all their artists instead?
