"Pricked" is better than how many of WINNER's other songs?

IDK if it's familiarity, but I think I like all of the songs on 2014 S/S are better than "Pricked."

 

They're all more catchy to say the least.

 

I know for sure that I like But, Love Is A Lie, and Different more.

The 3 singles (Empty, Color Ring, I'm Him) and the WIN songs are all more catchy (though I never got used to the Smile Again remix).

As are Love Is A Lie, Confession, and Tonight.

 

I have the same opinion of the sax in Tonight as the guitar solo in Pricked.

 

The only songs Pricked might eventually overtake for me are probably Smile Again and Just Another Boy. Maybe Go Up.

 

Pricked is actually more well-produced than the majority of the aforementioned songs, it's just the song itself that may be lacking IMO. Sorry, Mino.

it depends on everyone taste I guess, I really like the guitar so I like it better than other songs like JAB for example, or even Dont flirt

I like different, I'm Him and OMY more than pricked...I think Pricked is my 4th fav Winne song (pricked is not a winner song tho)...it would be in my top 3 if the last 30s were longer.

i really like pricked. the only winner's songs i heard were empty and color rings. i didn't like them at all and i still don't like them but pricked stir my interest for their comeback.

Uh? I don't think it's fair to compare Pricked to some of the songs in that poll.  Smile Again and Go Up are completely different sounds to the music they are making now. I'm Him and JAB are upbeat songs. Love is A Lie and Don't Flirt are chill jams, etc.

Pricked is the best ballad by them so far.  You think it's not good because it's not as catchy as other songs? By that criteria, we could say Gangnam Style is the best song ever released.

It's hard. I love Pricked and it's still really fresh in my mind but 2014 s/s has passed the test of time for me and my heart still swells up when I hear Go Up. I think I'll have to see in time.

I guess I'm thinking of songs as commercial products instead of art. There's always more than one way to look at something. I know evaluating a piece of music as art is more honorable than evaluating it as commerce. I'm kind of shallow though.

 

I like Pricked while I'm listening to it, but it doesn't stick to me like some of the other songs. I actually wonder if Pricked would sound more memorable if it was a full group song instead of a NamSong duet.
