if it would be someone like Junsu, it wouldn't be THAT bad because he has such a clean image backed up by talent.

 

on the other hand, if it would be Leeteuk, someone the netizens already have a slightly sour attitude towards, he would be pretty much dead. there are certain idols that they are basically waiting for to do something stupid/scandalous

Well, the locksmiths will all be in ecstasy initially, but will then plunge into depression, because their ultimate lifelong dream would have come true, so they would have nothing left to live for.

If it was an actor, for example Won Bin, they probably would support them because they LOVE actors and they can do no wrong (especially Won Bin).

But K-Netizens seriously hate Idols, so they would probably slaughter them to pieces.

Of course there would be some open-minded ones that would support them, but considering how homophobic Korea is (and Asia in a whole) I doubt the idol would have good life.
