I stated in the beginning in no particular order. I just posted the first groups I could think of from top to bottom.

Mamamoo, I'd say. I mean, in general (especially vocal-wise and performance-wise), they've been putting (some of) their sunbaenims to shame since 2014.

 

Seriously, though. Mamamoo offers amazing vocals, great rapping (Moonbyul's and Hwasa's rapping skills are no joke), great visual, amazing personality, good dancing skills, and amazing performances.

 

And they are currently rising in terms of popularity. Their fancafe members have been increasing in numbers, too.

I can see EXID taking over After School's mantle as South Korea's "Fierce first, sexy second". A lot of poor management has put AS in a rut that I don't think they can ever escape which is a damn shame because they were ultimate. And because miss A seems as to have a been a "peak too sooner", I can see Mamamoo, taking up their spot for "cool, calm and hot". 4MINUTE is stable and doing well, but I see RaNia being a group that could become a next generation of "In your face and proud of it". 

If TWICE is the "next Girls' Generation", then G-FRIEND is the "next KARA".
