I actually meant Japanese historical but I'm always open to Korean Saeguks as well. I've seen the first two and will probably start Six Flying Dragons when it finishes. North and South 4,680 Posted January 9, 2016 Share Posted January 9, 2016 This isn't a Japanese drama, but it's a drama set in Feudal Japan and it's pretty amazing. It's called "James Clavell's Shogun". It's a miniseries based on an extremely popular book about a Dutch naval captain who washes up the shores of Japan and must learn to survive in it's harsh realities. It's excellent and very accurate concerning historical details. Takeru really impressed me with his acting. i know right? the drama filled with flawless acting from the main to supporting actors. i was also impressed with Haru Kuroki and Suzuki Ryohei. they deserves all the awards they've won for this drama.
