Okasian and B-Free leaving Hi-Lite is crazy. Are they forming a new group? Or going there separate ways? Hi-Lite used to be so close smh.

also ps thanks for updating this thread. my pc broke but i still lurk from time to time

Actually when B-Free left Hi-lite everyone was really shocked since well he pretty well off with them. But then now Okasian... Well the two people who seemed really attached to Hi-lite are actually out. They were pretty much (along with HuckP and Paloalto) seemed to be really solid in the label itself.
The main reason both B-Free and Okasian actually left is probably because if the merging of Hi-lite with cj e&m. The two of them seem to be more inclined into keeping their roots to the underground scene.

Thanks for the enlightenment!

also I heard that Reddy left cohort? If so, It chances looks pretty slim for Orcatape 2 to happen if they were planning on making it. Or it wouldn't have that same feel anyway

Thanks for sharing this! I'm interested in checking out more of that sound too since I love RM but would also like to branch out some more as far as Korean hip-hop goes. Are there any female rappers trying a similar style?

glad you like it!

tbh that kind of style isnt really popular among korean hip hop wise. (unless im looking in the wrong areas) So I doubt there are any females doing a song in that particular style, I'll post if I find a song though.

Junoflo from SMTM released Flo. The beat is From ASAP Rocky's "Trilla" which is the sound you are looking for lol

Reference song

There's also JAYALLDAY who has that lazy/offbeat sounding rap style
