Is this true? If so, please post some pictures of this because I'm curious to see this dramatic change. Cause I don't see a huge difference The only surgery he did is with his nose because of a car accident during Why so Serious era, he broke it. That's why he wasn't able to promote with SHINee back then. As for the drastic changes these people are noticing, it's probably how he look so thin right now. He has a slimmer face and his bone structures are more prominent than what he looked like in the past (he did say he lost around 12 kg) Now if you guys follow SHINee or even just Jonghyun you would know that he said something about noticing his own weight lost. He also said that he suffers from insomia constantly and wasn't able to take care of his health well like he did in around 2012-ish to pre 2013.
