In girl groups 9 times out of 10 their production team wants one Beyonce and the rest to be Kellys and Michelles. That leads to tension, especially since girls in groups are usually pretty young. As I say in every one of these posts, I hope that Lauren and Normani have a subunit before the group goes under. Also I think this post is kinda reaching for shade because while we know that 4H aren't really here for Camilla anymore, we really don't even know what these tweets are about. Even In K-POP its sort of like that with some groups. You have some girls as the face and everyone else is just there and people get jealous and it causes friction. I hope they do have a subunit. Sure, you can have your SNSD or T-ara mess, but when you compare, the girls never publicly were all that shady, and such obvious resentment spotted here, was clearly not as obvious as that for korean girl groups. I also think having them as trainees years before debut, and making them all live together years before and after debut, is a good recipe to form strong bounds, as well as to deal first hand with whatever beef there might be between members and get it out of the way. I'm sure some companies also deal with the girls very wisely, and manage them in a way that lets them have the spotlight in different ways (singing, acting, DJing, MCing, entertainment), so that no one's left out, and everybody has something going on for themselves.
