Love is too intoxicating. have helplessly become submerged in water.
The more struggle, the more [i'm] caught in a dead end.
Like a moth that throws itself into the bonfire, do not regret it no matter how injured [i become].
[i'm] painfully tangled in beauty.

Remembrance is an occasional sandstorm.
With one blow, it blows all the way to beneath the moon in Chang'an.
In the depth of loneliness, break off a twig of peach blossoms.
Don't let this fine time and beautiful scenery, these fleeting years, go to waste.
Waking up, roam the world and any place can be home.

Yearning is the most beautiful punishment.
With one dream, dream back to the century-old Buddhist temple.
Red beans[1.1] fraught with anxious thoughts[1.2], who leaves whom behind?
do not make extravagant demands of unparalleled beauty[2].
just want to take her along and travel the world.
just want to take her along and travel the world.

T/N:

[1.1] 红豆 (lit. red bean) is metaphorically considered the bean of mutual yearning. The idea traces back to a poem by Tang Dynasty poet Wang Wei call 《相æ€ã€‹ (mutual yearning).

[1.2] æ‚ æ‚  has several possible interpretations here: 1) as translated (anxious thoughts); 2) numerous; 3) as used by Qing Dynasty author Cao Xueqin (known for having written the great classic Dream of the Red Chamber) in 《红豆è¯ã€‹ (red bean song) to describe unendingly flowing waters.

[2] 沉鱼è½é› (lit. sink fish, fall geese) and 闭月羞花 (lit. hide moon, shame flowers) are two idioms used to describe exceedingly beautiful women, in particular, the Four Great Beauties of ancient China.

沉鱼 is about Xi Shi. The story goes that she was washing silk in the river water and her beauty was so entrancing that the fish saw her reflection and forgot to swim, thus sinking to the bottom.

è½é› is about Wang Zhaojun. For the maintenance of peace with his northern neighbor, Emperor Yuan of Han sent her to be married to one of the chiefs of the Xiongnu Huns. She was riding on her horse and playing a song to farewell to her homeland. Hearing her song and seeing her appearance, the wild geese flying south were so captivated that they forgot to flap their wings and fell from the sky.

闭月 is about Diao Chan. One day she was in the garden under the moon. A breeze blew by and a cloud covered the moon. So she was described as being so lovely that even the moon would hide itself in embarrassment when compared to her face.

羞花 is about Yang Yuhuang, or Noble Consort Yang, beloved concubine of the seventh emperor of the Tang Dynasty. Her beauty was said to put the flowers in the palace gardens to shame.
