Umm they released albums like 3 weeks apart in 2015 and Ayu's has sold better but the difference is like 3-5k.

 

Avex has pretty much given up on Koda Kumi where as Ayu gets a free pass to flop forever as she's made so much fucking money for them and is their only solo "legacy artist".

I think that's mainly why I think Ayu would do better. Kumi doesn't have as big of a legacy.

Avex would probably never let this happen because with things going the way they are now, Koda would probably beat Ayumi which would be an embarrassment for both.

I doubt for both that this would actually work though...especially Ayu has done everything there is to try since her sales started declining and nothing has worked...I think both Ayu and Kumi are better off cashing in on their legacy than trying to regain relevancy...
