It wasn't like you got a copy of the album if you supported the kickstart, so those people still needed to buy the album. I guess maybe people don't buy physical albums as much nowadays with digital distribution being so popular.

 

Do you guys buy a lot of physical albums k-pop wise? I know I only really buy ones from my main groups which rarely happens as they don't release much. I find k-pop albums can sometimes be quite expensive if you already own the songs from other releases or when you add shipping on

 

i buy atleast 2 physical copies from my favorite groups because i will only open 1, the other one will be preserved in my shrine of kpop lol (so yeah, i even have snsd´s debut albums unopened  )

i was watching the part 2 of the release event in Japan and they mentioned running out of copies of their album and having to get some more. So really happy they are selling more than projected. And with the albums selling out on yesasia and possibly other online shops I think it's safe to say it's there most successful comeback 

 

I saw people complaining on the kpop reddit and asian junkie that they'd gone the generic route (although i'd disagree with that because the mv still has a kinda humorous charm to it) and got a bit worried that people had given up on them but then thought about it and realised that most of these people probably weren't the ones to buy their music and support them anyways.

 

edit: just realised i could of got it from yesasia now that it's a Berry Good subunit instead of the whole group. Oh well, I'm happy for the person who got the album instead of me and hopefully they will get more in stock again soon.

it´s just so funny, but the people complaining about kpop groups are in 90% of the cases not the people buying their albums nor their fans in the first place! They just like to complain...
