KT 3-0 win over Jin Air enable KT to have another split for LCK Summer 2019. Whether will they do well in the Summer Split is another question

Jin Air will face the winner of ESS vs VSG to determine who will get the final spot

Was very happy with BDD's performance. Obviously Smeb was great the whole series especially on Hecarim but BDD being consistent is something they really need going forward or they're really not gonna have a chance in the stacked LCK.

I hope JAG gets relegated, their style of play is really boring. I don't think they have much potential to be a top tier team. Would rather a new team come in, obviously not expecting anything close to the recent teams that have gotten up to the LCK but a new team could do a lot more with that spot.

If the new team can't defeat Jin Air in the loser bracket final which determine who get promoted, they don't deserve to be in LCK no matter how "boring" Jin Air tactic are.

So MSI Semi Finals:

IG vs TL
SKT vs G2

Although SKT finished 2nd in group stage, I was slightly disappointed by their performances. They can play aggressive so playing slow and controlled against other region was a bit of a letdown. Mata was having some pathing issue and getting caught. Khan having some weak perfs. Teddy not looking like General Teddy. Even Faker was having some shaky games. Only Clid was outstanding.

The Sona and Taric pick from SKT against a Draven who can snowball out of control give me nightmare.

However, I am glad that they started to play more aggressive the last 2 days. Getting that win against IG will be a big boost. Faker and Clid's chemistry in that game is perfect.

While Clid is good on Lee Sin. I prefer to see him on Jarvan. His J4 is among the best I see. Especially the flash EQ.

Although we lost twice to G2, SKT usually level up in BO5, so hopefully they can win 3-0 and go on to face IG who I expect to see in the Finals.

If We get a SKT vs IG Finals. Probably 3-2 in favour of either team. Edited by ByulHarangBona

I expected a 3-1, just not TL favored.  If you told me TL was going to win yesterday I would've just laughed it off...
Let's go Doublelift!!!  It's his first time making out of groups and he manages to get past semis too.

Even though IG went 9-1 in the group stage, they could actually have lost more games. FW throw winning winning leads against them in both match. If SKT didn't bring out the Sona & Taric duo, who know..

TL played well in their last group stage match against G2.

But yeah, while I hope for a TL vs SKT Finals, I didn't really expect TL to really reach it

Doublift has been one of my favorite players since he was on CLG, was the reason I got in to professional play, couldn't be happier. The changes they made last offseason really were amazing. Having a support who could match his aggression and a mid laner who can actually carry both of whom have had international success is so huge for them. Really opens up a lot more possibilities for them team comp wise. You would never have seen Pobelter on Sylas playing as well as Jensen did and the micro CoreJJ has in fights is arguably the best of any support in the world. Was really hoping the game against G2 would be the start of something but never imagined this would happen.

Taric has basically been permabanned so I doubt it'll be coming out. Wouldn't be worried about Perkz Draven either. I have SKT winning this one pretty easily, 3-1 probably. I think the botlane difference is just immense for SKT here, and Korean teams have shown time and time again that if you give them time to prepare at international events they will have a huge advantage.

SKT 3-1 over G2 and then 3-1 over Liquid is my guess as SKT is basically a better version of Liquid. SKT won't give Liquid the openings IG did (who did not play well at all that series imo, Rookie's Leblanc was basically the only standout performance) and will punish the mistakes TL will inevitably make.

Impact not being able to play flex picks was a huge factor in Liquid getting stomped. He played great throughout most of MSI but it really screwed them over pick/ban wise. Even if you do pick things like Akali/Sylas G2 would already know where it was going which ruins one of the main reasons you take those champions first rotation. Overall great tournament for Liquid though, this was a terrible meta for them and they still made it to the finals of MSI. There was never much of a chance Liquid was going to beat G2 as this meta is basically perfect for what G2 does (They've been flex picking all season). Jayce/Akali are already getting nerfed and I'm sure that most of if not all of the other flex picks will be getting nerfed as well so this thankfully won't be as much of an issue come worlds. Beneficial for a team like SKT as well as they perform much better in a structured meta.
