I don't mind if Pray and Gorilla joins SKT too. Since Pray often confessed how much he loves Faker, so they'll be very cute. Skt are only keeping Effort, Faker, Leo.

 

Looks like there are no other Free Agents from KT aside from Mata. I'm really glad and I just hope they can pick up Ignar/CoreJJ/ Gorilla as their support. I really wanted this roster to stay together.

 

So now the number of known free agents are:

Glad that Faker is staying on.

 

From the list of free agents, I will like SKT to sign either Mong or MaRin for top, Peanut or Haru for Jungle, Pray for ADC, either Mata or Gorilla for SP.

 

Sad that Bang and Wolf left because they are among my 2 most favourite player.

Kuro, Kramer and Tusin left Afreeca. Their coaches Ccomet & Zefa also left Afreeca.

 

SoHwan, Teddy, Justice and KaKA0 left Jin Air.

 

Moojin joined HLE.

 

Deft also leave KT. Free agency.

 

This LCK off-season is crazy af

Korea have an underwhelming year this year so it is natural that most teams will try to rebuild.

 

I think only Griffin will stick with the same roster.

 

Gen G, KT, SKT, Afreeca and KZ are already making sweeping changes.

The roster changes is expected after worlds but i didn't thought it would be this huge. Too many FAs and we're still halfway through the day. 

 

I think Damwon and BTC will also stick with their current line up.

For me, I was not surprised except for Afreeca.

 

1) KZ despite doing well in donestic always struggle internationally. When they fail to make it to Worlds, it spell the beginning of the end for them.

 

2) KT Rolster. This roster also considered a superstar team was filled with so much potential. This year was the best chance for them to win but they lost to eventual World Champion IG.

 

3) Gen G and SKT. This 2 teams was actually been bad since last year Summer. However against all odds, both still reach the World Finals in 2017 with Gen G winning in the end. But they continue to struggle in 2018. Even though Gen G made it to Worlds, their group stage performance was shocking.

 

 

For Afreeca, this was their breakout year. Some of their players just lack experience so I was hoping for them to stick. Too bad they didn't.
