Jaekyung revealed that she does weight training, pilates, and boxing 6 days a week to keep her body line. Hyunyoung works out for 2 hours a day at the gym to keep fit as well.

No, they do this regularly to stay in shape.  Hyunyoung really got into working out a year or two ago (kind of like Soyou from Sistar initially got started).

We wish they were coming back.  It was mentioned Rainbow is working on new material, but whether or not it sees the light of day is another matter since their contract expires sometime next year and 3 of the members already have dramas lined up.  DSP is pushing April hard along with bringing back any other group they can to see if something hits.  Rumor is KARA will be disbanding when their contract expires with DSP next year so DSP is pretty desperate nowadays.
