Why is KPOP so established yet so unpolished and why there are so many disasters?

KPOP is a major sector in Korean entertainment yet there are so many things that make it so unpolished; MAMA, award shows like the gayos, hyoyeon, gfriend's PS, unprofessional managers, terrible screen time, camera work and other things make KPOP lack so much in professionalism compared to American entertainment. It is so unorganized. Why is that so? There definitely seems to be a lot of money spent yet it is in this relatively lacking state.

Aside from the poor execution of trolling, I would say that barely anyone in the kpop industry thinks long term. It's like eating McDonalds; as a broadcast or idol company, you only put out a ton of cheap work and get short-term fulfillment (money), but then you realize that it doesn't last long. So you keep running on what's cheap instead of pre-planning and spending extra money in the beginning for something of quality that will last for a long time. This includes having experienced company and production staff organizing year-round to ensure that everyone is up to speed with what they should be doing, committing to forming groups that can easily change concepts instead of following trends and becoming a niche market, and working so that idols can use their (good) music and performances as a springboard to other realms of entertainment (not just variety, but CFs, songwriting, perhaps even choreographing or directing).

Those are just some thoughts.

Edit: this could be for every country, but it's just really noticeable in kpop since the manufactured aspect is really blatant.
