Anyways to me both are on a similar level after ur since yubin improved a lot. Yubin has better lyrics but therefore cls delivery and stage presence in itself is way stronger... Flow can be judged since even tho yubin got a a broader variety in rhyme schemes her execution is sometimes very sloppy in terms of breathing which leds her to getting offbeat or intonation. She also gets offtune sometimes. Meanwhile cls range flow wise is more limited than yubins but therefore she makes less mistakes for example cl mostly never gets off beat and handles her emphasizes well befitting to a song. And talking about her "shouting"... It's something she is conscious of and does it on purpose to hype a crowd not because she cant other wise. There are way too many examples in which she doesnt shout.

 

Anyways cl considers herself more as a performer than a rapper anyway so yeah thats that. Yubin improved during UR... Comparing here is quite difficult anyways
