Y'know how it is. KDramaland and couples breaking up on a misunderstanding, haha. I don't know frankly. I just hope it ain't going to be "heey, we got rejected so let's get back together. Better together than alone, right ?". Let's just hope, haha :D

 

Bo Mi's mother wants her daughter to be like Ji Won, as you say, elegant and refined. Compared to her, Bo Mi is a little bit boyish and loud-mouthed. She doesn't really represent what you will call "the heir of a hospital/company", that's why her mother is disappointed in her. Moreover, she has a heart disease so she could die at any moments meaning she can't be an heir. I read that her younger sister is studying abroad and their mother is waiting for her to take the legacy.

Frankly, I really love the storyline. It's not your usual "poor girl vs rich man", it's so much deeper so I am really really happy.

And that's why I really can't wait for more interactions with her parents like you. I read that the actors playing them are talented and respected veterans too so I am really excited. Gosh', she really chose the perfect project to grow as an actress/make her breakthrough

and btw...a kiss wouldn't hurt right? afterall, they're dating in the beginning of the drama

Frankly, I am pretty sure it's going to be a misunderstanding or some kind of messed up thing. Like Bo Mi founding out about Dong Wook and Ji Won, she felt betrayed and BAAM, they broke up and she goes to Dong Ha. Dong Wook is left heartbroken, tries so hard to get her back but then, realizes that it's good for nothing because they are so in love. HAHAHA, I should be a scriptwriter lol.

 

I thought about it yesterday but sadly, I think we are only going to have hugs between them. BUT GIRLS CAN DREAM, RIGHT ? :P Imagine her kissing that puppy ;O I really can't wait for tonight's episode. I like their moments together. They are adorable.

 

Yeah, they released some kind of chart/drawing where they showed the characters and their relations to each other and you have a sibling for Bo Mi. She is called Lee Eunyul. Nothing on the actress playing her so I don't know if we are ever going to see her. Maybe at the end for the wedding if it's a happy ending lol.

 

Well, at least, we won't have the usual "we do not belong to the same background" "you can't understand me because you are poor/rich". For real, they have in common that both of them are really down to earth.

 

 

I have been so anxious this early morning waiting for the ratings so I am so relieved now. But now, I will have to be anxious again because of today's episode, haha. I hope and wish like you it's going to increase especially with the high number of people praising the drama. I really don't want it to decrease or whatever. Slay Sooyoung, slay

i just watched episode 1 with subs....it was even better xD

 

and i finnished episode 2. it was great and omg, Dong Wook and Bomi's relationship is killing me. seriously, they're way too cute, WHY ON EARTH IS SHE GOING TO FALL FOR THE OTHER GUY?

 

sorry but it's so frustrating. they've been together for 5 YEARS, RIGHT?

and now Bomi is going to fall for Dong Wook's brother, just because of a freakin' heart? sorry but this doesn't work for me. are they trying to convince me that Bomi never loved Dong Wook that much, during these 5 FREAKIN' YEARS? cause really, it doesn't look like that, AT ALL. their moments in episode 2 were way too cute for my poor heart to handle. the chemestry is unbelieavable. aigoo, poor Dong Wook, can't believe he's going to loose Bomi in the end =(

Episode 1 war really great, and yeah Sooyoung's acting felt genuine and nice, she really shines!

Can't wait for episode 2 to be subbed

omg so I have many thoughts about episode one:

 

First of all, Sooyoung was marvelous, she just totally inhabits this character and it comes off as incredibly natural and honest. The scene where she offers to food to her heart donor by the sea was incredibly acted IMO. Second, oh no I think I may have second lead syndrome with this drama, NOOOOOOO!!!! LJH has been a fave of my since City Hunter tho, so it cannot be helped. Kam Woo Sung is as brilliant as ever, no surprise there, I'll have to warm up to him and Soo tho b/c omg he was such an ass to her (even tho he saved her). What did surprise me is how much I love Hyun Seung Min as the daughter, she's a great little actress and has great chemistry with Sooyoung.

 

Overall, I cannot wait until ep. 2 is subbed and I'm totally in this for the long haul!!!!

Seriously, they are so adorable together. Especially in episode 2 when he is checking on her heart and she is poking him, teasing him that he shouldn't marry her if he is so worried about her and he just takes her hand to stop it. That freakin' small moment is just so cute.

I don't think they have been together for five years because his sister in law died and Bo Mi got the new heart but it's more likely a few years like 2-3 years because most people are aware of their relationship, especially Bo Mi's parents but Dong Wook didn't introduce her to his family yet.

 

We have been discussing about it on the thread but it's more complicated than that. The thing is that Dong Wook is lying a lot to Bo Mi because he is hiding the fact he had a serious relationship with Ji Won and that he knows who is the heart's donor. So, when she is going to find out about all those lies, I am pretty sure she is going to feel betrayed especially because they are almost engaged to each other. It doesn't mean that BM and DW don't love each other though. It's obvious that they do but somehow, there are just so many troubles surrounding them.

 

And yaaay for the ratings. I was so happy when I checked them yesterday, haha. For real, Knetz predicted that the drama will be a big flop at 2% and where are they now ? HAHAHAHA.

I hope that it will manage to get in double digits ratings and manage to keep it until the very end.

For now, it seems that My Spring Days "beats" Iron Man on the ratings with almost 3% of difference but we never know what's going to happen in the next weeks especially with My Lovely Girl premiering. I know I am so bad and it's mean to wish others to do bad but y'know, I want my freakin' bias to do well so I hope MSD is going to be number 1 in its timeslot until the end of its course. I say it, ah !

No, for real, I just want it to be good until the very end and to get lots of recognition at the MBC Drama Awards at the end of the year. I don't consider their awards as being legit but Sooyoung getting a Best Rookie/Best Acress would be freakin' amazing, for real.

 

 

EDIT : I completely forgot to add that Sooyoung is absolutely stunning in the drama. I don't know what the hell they are doing with her hairstyle and make up but she is absolutely beautiful and effortlessly <3

I pray she is going to stay that way until the end. I hated how in Cyrano, they kept tying her hair. Plus, when she is exhausted, you can see it so easily in her face so I think keeping her hair down is better
