For those who plan to go to Graduate school: Are you staying at the University you went for your Bachelors or are you applying elsewhere?

Somewhere else. My current school is a Primarily Undergraduate university.

I went to the same school I completed my undergrad with, mostly because my favorite professor from undergrad had become the chair of the Master's program. Well, and it was convenient. I graduated this past May.

My school doesn't offer graduate degrees. Also, I'd like a change of scene. No idea where I'd apply yet, but somewhere not in the same state...

i'm going to the same school. one of my professors recommened i go into the program and already being a student at the school with a certian GPA, i got a VIP admission process so i didn't have to take the GRE or get any letters of recommendation or anything like that. i'm mostly staying in school so i keep my health benefits and because i don't wanna start working yet lol. so it's not a big deal where i go.

I have a bachelor's and 2 masters degrees from 3 different universities. The school I went to for undergrad didn't have a strong enough law program for me when I was looking at law schools to go to, so I went somewhere else. The 3rd degree was kind of unplanned, but it was almost free and was an opportunity to go somewhere new, so I jumped at it.

I have to stay at the same University since I'm doing med school (I'm in my first year of my Masters now, which is 3 years). But I can apply for doing my half year of scientific research or semi-docter internship at other Universities.

Oh good, I'm not the only grad student around here haha. I opted to go to a different school where the professors had more funding for research (molecular biology stream here) and reputation for publishing. It was a great experience doing research in my undergrad years and there was definitely pressure for me to stay but ultimately I felt like it was time for a new experience. Plus my undergrad uni was in the same town my family was in and it was due time to move out so it felt like it was time to move and so far I have no regrets.
