The magazine is Young Gan Gan, an anime/manga and gravure idols magazine. (For those who don't know, gravure genre features idols posing in sexually attractive manner, but not as serious as adult genre.).

Yesterday morning (2013.06.06), they visited the Weather Shrine (気象神社) in KÅenji, Tokyo, took part in a ShintÅ "purification rite" (祓ã„) and held a press conference there.

 

The shrine once belonged to Imperial Japanese Army's Meteorological Department and is now popular among meteorologists who would pray for luck in their work.
