Based on what I read, fans asked his mom, and apparently they (public service people I guess) are allowed to use social media sites/post things on the weekends. TiramiQ 16,446 Posted October 9, 2013 Share Posted October 9, 2013 I didn't know Instagram was part of the army training. why is he still active in social media? i thought he's in military he already finished his one mont army training I don't understand military rules anymore It's bizarre, that much I know it is not once you understand what public service is. he had one month training like what normal soldiers do but after that one month he started working a 9-5 job and he has the rest of the day's hours and the weekends free to do w/e he wants. like any 9-5 job workers out there.
