i think i have found a bias in this group. i have a thing for multitalented members with good stage presence and this girl has captured my attention the most regardless of her ridiculously limited screentime. i love her charisma and energy on stage and her calm, mature personality off-stage even though she's one of the youngest member. she shined brightly in catch me; that concept and the fierce choreo of the song fits her so well. her voice sounded so beautiful in the christmas cover so i really wonder why starship didn't let her sing more. i cant help but feel she's wasted in a group with primarily cute concept like wjsn (and i love wjsn no worry). i feel the same way for exy. these two girls would have thrived in a group with strong girlcrush concept like black pink or classy sexy concept like sistar's give it to me. i can't say i'm surprised finding out that she's one of the least popular members. anyway i hope she will have more chances to shine and show her personality in the future.

don't worry guys, out of the china line Mei Qi is more popular than my bias Xuan Yi,

is she really? i don't see that tbh. i thought xuan yi is in the top tier of wjsn popularity wise. she has such a unique and fun personality combined with good visual, which makes her a major stan attractor. i see xuanyi stans everywhere lol.

absolutely not lol   xuan yi is one of the least popular members in wjsn and she's also the least popular member out of the china line.

since wjsn debut there's only like 7 or 8 xuan yi fancams, meiqi have more fancams, also xuan yi barely talks because she lacks a lot in korean language,

 

maybe you see a lot of fans promoting xuan yi here because we are just looking for more fans, that's why i feel lonely in xuan yi thread because it's mostly me updating the thread alone,

 

but i think Mei Qi is really underrated as a dancer < she's the best dancer in the group but she's always been outshined by the visual members unfortunately

 

what?? that's strange how little fancams she has. xuanyi is such a ball of sunshine and she always does something weird and interesting. starship has to book her some variety gigs when her korean improves. but i'm positive she will get popular in no time when wjsn have more variety exposure. still i assume xuanyi might have more casual fans and meiqi has less fans but more dedicated ones, at least as shown in their individual threads.

xuanyi lacks a lot in korean lol and that why starship can't push her, 

xuanyi have more casual fans because she have less exposure & Meiqi definitely have more dedicated fans..

 

and yeah the individual threads are a big evidence, here i see a bunch of meiqi stans having conversations, meanwhile on xuanyi thread you just see me updating myself and you just see very few casual fans post there rarely, i think i am the only dedicated xuanyi stan in this forum lol i hope not,

 

i just think you guys need to find more fansites for meiqi and this thread will definitely be a lot more active, i think the OP should put the links of the fansites and update the OP so everyone can update this thread because they can simply find the fansites in the OP,

i just backtrack the first few pages of the thread. i can't stop laughing at the thirst for more meiqi when her pictures were so few hahaha. too bad some regular posters during the debut time stopped posting here for a while, woud have been lovely to see their enthusiastic spazzing again.

the biggest problem is when the regular posters stop posting, back in the early days meiqi's thread was one of the most active wjsn individual members thread, 

 

you will feel sad if you check Dayoung or exy or dawon or SeolA and some other members threads because those members threads are completely dead they have like 4 or 5 pages only ,,.. and that's not helpful for the new fans at all because those official individual members threads are the only place for the fans to spazz and know more about their bias but if the threads are dead they can't be helpful,

yeah that's sad. i looked into the exy thread yesterday and it's indeed like a ghost town. i guess people prefer to spazz in the main thread instead because more people are hanging out there. it doesn't help that the girls don't have many activities to talk about (which amazes me even more that mq's thread can maintain to be semi-active even though she's barely visible at all).

i live in northern europe so i guess it's a bit late to send the present to her now because it often takes 2 weeks of delivery to korea. maybe we can do arrange something next year if we are still here. xD

 

you didn't know? how come.... haha no kidding i didn't know either. i thought they debuted with momomo only (which was a pretty bad song that turned me off from them for a while) until recently when i checked them out again thanks to the bop 'secret' did i discover that they had a follow up song after momomo with a totally different concept.

There aren't really with dark hair.but she has a dark brown in their all I want for Christmas video

it looks more like dirty blonde to me but thanks anyway. :D hopefully she will go back to black in the next comeback, i have a feeling she would rock that colour.

Mei Qi doesn't have photoshoots like the other girls so it was really hard finding something that would look good for her badge, so I just went with finding flattering screenshots for her.

talking about food. so today i went to a chinese restaurant with my friends and suddenly i remembered about meiqi's duck clavicle which i googled yesterday. i asked the chinese owner if there is duck clavicle ('ankan solisluu' which sounds really funny and weird in my language) in the menu and he gave me the biggest confused look ever. i had to show him a google picture and he burst into laughter, asking me why i knew about this food in the first place. i bluffed that it was a friend of mine telling me it's one of her favourite food and he laughed even more. apparently it's some premade snack food and not supposed to serve hot lmao. i felt embarrassed and just ordered whatever the first chicken dish on the menu without noticing that it has coconut milk which i dislike. damn you meiqi
