Busker Busker's Kim Hyung Tae criticized for inappropriate statement

At Busker Busker's 2nd album release concert, Brad talked about his tvN show 'Island Town Teacher' and gave a shout out to the grandmas saying, "I love you, grandmas." Kim Hyung Tae then said, "Brad, do you know 'Eun Gyo'?", referencing to the 2012 movie about a 70 year old poet falling in love with a 17 year old girl. 


Jang Bum Jun told Kim Hyung Tae off for crossing the line and fans on SNS started criticizing him for being inappropriate.

Bit of a stupid joke to make. Don't think it's going to be a big thing/scandal-worthy though. Unless there's some even more insidious meaning I'm not getting.

 

I don't follow busker busker, but for anyone who does, is this true/valid at all?

Well, he is not an idol, especially a female idol; it won't be long before majority of K-netz forget about this "issue" and move on. 

yep, that's the sad truth. Imagine if an idol would have said such a thing.  Knetz would have started a shit storm because of it.

But since it's Busker Busker the incident will be forgotten in a week. That Ilbe incident which was probably even worse than that  didn't  really have an impact on their careers aswell.

 

Sometimes I think Busker Busker is the Won Bin of the music industry. Like whatever they say, it's either forgotten or forgiven.

Sometimes I think Busker Busker is the Won Bin of the music industry. Like whatever they say, it's either forgotten or forgiven.

That makes no sense because Won Bin is rarely in controversial situations, the last time this happened was with his military and he took a huge break after that (even though he was completely right in that situation and forgave him only after evidence came out).

I didn't really compared the controversies situations with each other. I just wanted to say that the way they talk about Won Bin and Busker Busker can be similar.

Like when that Ilbe incident happened knetz were all like "it's game over Busker Busker" but when they announced their fall comeback they commented with "I only waited for you, and slay all those idols". 

The double standards are so huge and let's be honest if Won Bin would be in a controversy they would probably be angry at the beginning but then be once again head over heels for him.

What people fail to realize is that when netizens talk about Won Bin (the whole CG thing), they're joking. The biggest part of why he is liked so much is exactly because he has few controversies.

Again, he was discharged early from the military because of an injury but people didn't believe him and that was a big controversy, whether he was lying or not. People didn't particularly like him at that time, until he went out of the spotlight and there was actual evidence of his injury.

like honestly, how do knetz know that he's talking about the movie and not perhaps someone or even someone in the audience.
