However, I do believe that Tiffany or Sooyoung would be good leaders as they can speak well. But in all honesty, SNSD seems (to me) like a group that doesn't need a leader. They all work well with each other and are in unison.

SONEs are just being SONEs about a story they told on a variety show, she's still the leader.

Taeyeon was emo during some argument they had and said something like "Fine, I won't be leader anymore. Go do as you want"

With Taeyeon thinking they'd all be shocked and go "omg no Taengoo please we'll do what you want"

But instead all the members went "Ok let's continue without a leader then"
