Why in the concert of Kpop Idol Group Rare used Live Band?

Lately, i've watched their concert lil bored. With Live band is more lively.

I want they have NEW improvisation when sing their song live.

I like how Fany ablibs there is make changes. Not the same as that in the recording

 

Really disappointed with SM why not push the girls with live band -_-

I agree that I would love to see them perform with a live band, and with a bit of variation to make live performances special compared to the studio ver.

 

 

But realistically, why would SM spend more time/money/effort on a live band when fans are already pretty satisfied with perfs as they are, and are still buying  tickets?

 

 

 

More improv regarding adlibs/dance breaks would make me very happy though.

why are you only singling out snsd? 95% of kpop groups don't use a live band. Um... that's why it's "kpop".

Even compared to their label mates' concerts, I think SNSD's current tour is so under-produced that they didn't even get back dancers or new remixes for this concert lol. I wouldn't even dare to wish for live band tbh. SM has stopped trying with SNSD imo.

 

Oh well, at least they've performed with live band here and there, like whenever they came to KJE's Chocolate.... too bad the show was canceled. I'd really to see more of live band performances though. The live band ver. of Dancing Queen in YHY's Sketchbook is still one of my favorite DQ performance too.

Yes, they used a backtrack for some vocal parts, such as "oh oh" and "yeah yeah", and for Jessica's rap, but Tiffany do it live.

Does anyone in K-Pop use a band for their tours except for TVXQ? Bands are expensive and SM is cheap, and it's easier to remix songs if you're just going to use a backtrack.

 

Bands are fine but I'm not there to listen to them.

The S in SM stands for stingy haha they want maximum profit, so it doesn't make sense to hire a band of people they have to pay when they can just use the sound system that's already paid for with the venue
