What symptoms do you get on your period?

Some girls get different symptoms when on their periods. I know one of my friends never tends to get cramps on her's.

 

 

I get cramps, mood swings, and sometimes I'll get a zit. It is difficult

I get almost the whole 9... ,bloating, cramps, the huge zit, moodiness, extreme hunger, regularity, etc.

 

It's the only time I get waited on hand and foot by my family so, it not too bad.

I started today btw lol. It hasn't been that bad since I use birth control but before I'd get pale af (and I'm black), light headed, I'd get close to fainting, I've thrown up multiple times because of it and for some reason one of my legs would always start to feel like the cramps were coming from there too. Not sure how to explain it. I would never be able to go to sleep and be awake the entire night in pain.

I dont get that moody but I do get cramps, occationally acne if I have been eating certain things

 

and a week before my period I get really hungry, like I am hungry all day. That is the first sign that my period is coming ;;;;;;

I get cravings too

It scares me if these are just period hormones, imagine when I am pregnant

I get cramps and I tend to be very sleepy all the time. Sometimes I'll get moody but some months I won't.

I usually get cramps the first day..then that begins the emotional "Why am i so fat" while continuously eating everything phase for like 3 days,then my period's over lol

Acne, back pain( i have a back condition but i mainly have gotten used to pain where i can forget it. I need to down painkillers when im on my period tho), cramps (mainly shoulder & knees, ankles) and i get more irritable (i have slow patience in my everyday life)

 

Basically not a lot of internal stuff but externally its hell. Pray for early menopause. I'm too gay to use these eggs, anyway.

it varies month to month. sometimes I'll get backaches, others cramps, and others migraines, but that's extremely rare nowadays

Not on my period, but, without fail, I get a headache the day before my period starts. Once it actually does start I'll sometimes have cramps, which can be bad at times, but other times I won't have any cramps during my period. There have also been a few times where I felt a bit nauseated during my period, but luckily that's been a rare occurrence. My skin usually does break out a little. As for moodiness, I tend to feel either really anxious or really hyper prior to my period, and it sometimes lingers a bit after my period starts. If my mood is bad during my period then it's while I'm having cramps. Pain tends to make me grumpy.

I used to get the WORST CRAMPS EVER BUT I don't get them anymore. I also get bloated (especially around the waist).

Sometimes I get cramps and my lower back hurts, I can also get moody sometimes too. Got into this huge argument with my brother today because he stabbed a fork through my to-go box filled with food...yeah.

before birth control I was a mess on my period. cramps until I puked, headaches, periods that wouldn't stop (9 month period wasn't fun) but with birth control I get light cramping and bloating lol
