I have samsung s4. Frost phone blacked out and I couldn't open it. So I had to get a new one and cast me 200 bucks. After a few months I've dropped it too many times and it Fucking broke, the screen broke. Now I try to file claim for insurance (asurion Fucking sucks ass shit) and now I have to pay a new one for 150 bucks, for probably a refurbished phone or not. Fucking shit!

The phone I've dropped it about 20-30 times. Samsung boast their shitty ass phone as unbreakable. With my iPhone it didn't broke on me on the times I've dropped that shit. I didn't even have a protection skin on it.

The iphone still works by the way and no cracked screen. My sister have it and she's using it now.

BTW I just got it a few months ago. Withe iPhone s4 it was a year and a half that I've been dropping my phone compared to samshit. It took me about 3-4 months of dropping the phone compared to iPhone of me dropping it for a year and a half.

I hardly ever drop my phone, nor have I broke any of the ones I've had. Get a protective case on it or somethin'.

I'm broke on cases. I didn't think I would need one on samsung when they say their phones are unbreakable due to gorilla glass or some other thing. I didn't need one on my other phone when I was in the Philippines.

why didnt you buy an ottorbox type case, thats on you booboo

Because I didn't need?

Why are you paying insurance for a phone that costs like $300 though if you're paying $12 a month?  That means within one year the cost of insurance and say putting in a claim would be the equivalent of buying a new phone.  It's your fault for dropping your phone so many times within a few months, don't blame Samsung for that.  And well I've dropped my Samsung a lot and on the drive way several times too, but it's been more than two years and it's still useable...

I'm not the one paying the monthly insurance. My mom does but I give money to her for the monthly bill cost of my phone.

Also the contract with Verizon wireless has been years since I was still in high school.
