The offense for breaking the signature line rules is 0 points the first time, and serves as a verbal way to remind you that the rule exists. It is a warning, but not necessarily a warning point. If you got an actual point, then it would have been because you were already warned for it and then chose to ignore the rule and do it again anyway.
