For example, I was more likely to rewatch Yeo One's video because it had a lot of closeups of him whereas (at least during other parts of the competition) other videos either showcased less of the individual and/or featured other people or didn't have a lot of good shots/closeups, etc etc. That's a longwinded way of saying certain scenarios don't really show people off well imo and wondering if that affects things. Sorry for rambling. the nature of the videos is DEFINITELY effecting the youtube views, that's for sure. kino's video got a lot of views because he's dancing to girl group songs and edawn's video got more views because it mentions hongseok in the title. the naver views are based more on popularity and shareability tho imo. like, yeo one's video is funny so people are most likely to share it with their friends, if that makes sense. but yeah, i wish everyone would get a solo video. it's a little annoying how in yuto's video (even tho i do like it), there's a huge focus on other members as well. like, i just want to see yuto, man! it's like that for some of the other guys too. I heard most fans who went to their mini concert was impressed by Yuto, add the ORD perf to that... then his videos has actually been one of the more replay worthy ones to me, humor-wise... he definitely is gaining more popularity it seems. Not to mention, he did stand out a bit in those games. He got teary eyed coz he had to eat spicy ramen when he can't eat spicy, then dem arms showing off (lol), in the telepathy game - the elephant and the heart pose, the passionate paper passing game with Jinho (hehe). Yeah well they r the most popular members. It was refreshing to see Yeo One and Shinwon though as thumbnails on their youtube videos but they reuploaded the Good Luck perf and it's now Hongseok. The members hu performed were Hui, Hongseok, Shinwon, Kino and Wooseok. They performed FUN by pitbull ft Chris Brown? And it's part of PM. Plus he was ranked last w/ the least amount of views/likes & looked so upset. Hopefully he will get his first win next week. Hongseok is popular & kino is rising really quickly. And this is y some ppl think there won't be eliminations when debut is basically by the time the show finishes. Realistically, there's just no time to change an album, mv, photoshoots, dance formations for the concert when there will be last minute line up changes... This is just basically what happened with BEAST predebut documentary. The last episode was their debut showcase... just that Pentagon maker just has a twist imo and to make things a bit more exciting I guess... but then I maybe wrong.
