Hi, are there any dedicated Pentagon Maker reality show fans willing to make a thread in variety section? 

 

I'd like to see updates on the series from there when the show starts

Yea Jino for sure main vocal...I hope for Hongseok too,, but based off videos from daum (ie his videos from his audition/times at JYP) Hwitaek seems pretty good as well. they're all good contenders for main vocal, and if the group is all 10. as long as the songs they have utilizes their good voices, the songs will be amazing

Pretty sure hwitaek and jino will be main vocals. Hongseok and some other member/s will be leads.

 

Pentagon has some strong vocalists for their main... Jino won 1st place in some SM contest while Hwitaek won 1st place for vocal category in a JYP audition.

Honestly, if they really can showcase their vocal talents and Cube gets their concepts/promotions right, this group can really go places.

So, there's still no news if the show is gonna be a survival or a mere reality? I think i'd be a reality, for example when A-JAX debuted they also had a show called "making the star" or something and it was a reality..

Pentagon members are not fixed. If they can't complete the Pentagon graph, they won't be able to debut. They will work on five aspects: performace (singing and rapping), dance, teamwork, talent (variety skils), mindset (attitudes). The trainees will be given team or individual missions. Fans will vote (Like=1 Vote) on the videos of the missions. There may be eliminations. The final line up is dependent on the voting results. The final stage on 16th July will be their debut concert, which will be held at a large scale stadium (about 10,000 capacity). (cr. Hongseok Time)

 

So maybe they have to achieve a certain amount of votes or views to complete the mission for performance for example.

So it is possible for all the members to make it into the final line up. ^^

 

Well we will see what Mnet will show tomorrow today. Maybe some infos about how it works ^^

yeah this is probably mediaplay from Cube, they will make it like some of them unlikely to debut and make drama underdog story, in the end everyone will debut

yeah i wouldn't think they eliminate down to 5 as some have been thinking. first of course theres jino,hongseok, ofc they debuts. and you need (more) vocal and rappers too..+hwitaek and hyojong(+wooseok?), already see knetz praised changgu and i think..shinwon visuals - i think following easy spark up for them if it hasn't alrdy. and i think multi-national group thing cube goes for these days ...they media played CLC as that (and well, it is multi national) + yanan (also not sure ab knetz, but inetz/i-fans likes his visual a lot) and yuto .. etc. couldn't think of anything for hyunggu, but i heard he';s good singer so +him. plus, ever since Pentagon announced, they said it was about 10 member group iirc. if it was otherwise (elimination), i really think..they'd include other ie LXK, And surely they have more male trainees they could of used. hopefully they are less vague and clear confusion when the episode airs...

Lol didn't expect that it's hongseok who will be in charge of showing his body but then again didn't he do that already for CL.ride so I guess it's not surprising.

 

I like wooseok, hongseok, hwitaek and yuto's teasers most.

 

I don't understand how they gave hwitaek a 3 for talent when he had 4 for vocal and dance. Smh
