Im the only one who got disappointed by reaction of other cube fandoms? They all act selfish and ask for more promotion for their bias group, I was excepting some of them to support their brother group but its all negative

It seems like K-fandoms are pissed^^

Internationally Pentagon has some Cube stans as supporter^^

 

I am so excited for their show :D I finally get to know the members and can choose a bias xD

I think it boils down to how people perceive cube as a fail company. There wouldn't be this much of a backlash every time someone debuts/promotes/comes back if all of them were promoted properly and actually 'slayed' but we all know that's impossible so they end up being frustrated and take it out on the newer groups... Sigh

btw,, i like the trailer. i hope we get to see them perform plenty..because it looked interesting the performance they sort of teased. since the show is said to be 12 weeks, if my math is right that will be ab 12 weeks til their debut..? its a long wait

Seems like these are the shorter members in the group + Jinho with Hongseok ang Changgu being the mid-range in height and the rest are tall.

 

Btw... lol I read in one of the comments on YT that pointed out Hwitaek standing on a rock or sth in the pentagon trailer when they were all lined up and now I'm chuckling. No wonder it looked weird.

Former SM the Ballad Member Jino To Debut In Cube’s New Boy Group Pentagon

 

 

Previously, we reported that former SM Entertainment trainee Jino was currently training at Cube Entertainment, and now it looks like the idol in waiting will be debuting as part of the latter agency’s new boy group.

Jino debuted as a member of SM Entertainment’s project group SM the Ballad in 2010, although he only participated in promotions for the first mini album “Miss You.†He then returned to civilian life, having given up on being a trainee until he was approached by Cube Entertainment. Now he is set to debut in the agency’s new goy group Pentagon.

Cube Entertainment will be debuting their new boy group through a reality TV show called “Pentagon Maker.†It premieres May 2, airing every Monday and Tuesday night, 10 p..m. KST, on Naver TVCast’s “Pentagon Maker†channel. The show will run for 12 weeks.

The program will showcase the ten members of Pentagon, challenging five areas: performance (singing and rap), dance, teamwork, talent (a variety of skills outside of dance, singing, and rap), and mind (character and attitude). The members will be challenged individually or in units, and according to the number of “likes†they get on their video, they will be confirmed as part of the group. While described as a “survival show,†it has not been explicitly stated that any of the ten members will be eliminated. It appears the focus of the show will be to watch the members challenge different areas as they prepare to debut as a part of the group.

i'm assuming @lidc just forgot to update these profiles since theyre were OP is posted from,, i'll correct here anyway..(unconfirmed) should be removed from'Attended Cube Japan incorporation ceremony' for Yuto. someone posted a  photo some pages back,it was a close up picture and it was definitely Yuto
 
and im pretty sure Changgu confirmed to be in the G.NA secret mv/stages: it was Hyojong, Hwitaek, Hyunggu, Changgu and Yeonsung. could also be added to his media that he appeared in Dongwoon's Kimishika. there was speculation whether its him but looking at the boy int he mv...But compared to some of Changgu's pictures (particularly the Cube.Tree one in the Adias jacket+clride.n pictures) unless he has twin also in cube, it's him if u ask me
 
something ppl mentions on twitter...changgu looks different in nearly every other picture..lol. it took me forever to realize 'is he really in gna stages' , before cube.tree photos.. 'is that rly him in dongwoon's mv?' they style him so many different ways. but still has really recognizable features like nose and jawline

Maybe Eunkwang, Ilhoon, and Sungjae doing the voiceovers is an indicator they'll be participating. Although its kind of weird to have people younger than some of the older Pentagon boys training them. You could easily make a case those three are top 10 among idols in vocals, rap, and acting though. I feel like G.NA would have been a lock to participate... Part of me wonders if the delay was some footage with her was already filmed since we know Hongseok was filming something as early as January. They might have had to do some creative editing. Everyone else who knows. I could see 4Minute, especially Jiyoon or Hyuna making appearances. Not optimistic on Beast TBH.

Well I know for the fact that Rain's longtime manager is friends with Papa Hong probably from their JYP days. Just seems like Cube was a temporary home for Rain to get back on his feet. Not easy running your own company as he found out the first time around. He's probably too busy for something like this although he did go out of his way to personally choreograph parts of CLC's debut so who knows.

She honestly was planning on being a bit inactive and not posting as much until Produce 101 and all the Pentagon news popped up. I've been talking with her about maybe bringing some more people on just to keep things like profiles updated so we'll see.

oh that makes sense..i meant moreso for the sake of updating the OP but yeah the profiles can be probs hard to keep up with..new info coming out a lot especially recently...
