I ship Snow and Serah but for some reason I also ship him with Lightning and Vanille.

 

I was kinda hoping that Serah should just stay as ice and have Lightning and Snow make beautiful babies

Serah has returned back to normal on 13-2 though. And I doubt Snow could even make a move on Lightning. I bet he'll get a punch straight on his face before he could hold her hands. Haha.

But meh, her tough image compliments with Snow, I think. So..why not?

 

One of the reasons why I hated 13-2. Too much whiny Serah.

I played a little bit of FFXIV: ARR's beta and I can say it was really nice. Had to dumb down the graphics tho cause my laptop can't handle it.

 

Even if it was set to lower, the graphics were still amazing. Wondering what it would look like on the PS3.

 

Nothing groud-breaking, but it really satisfied my love for FF :V

Question about FFXIV: A Realm Reborn... just found out how pricey the subscription is...

 

If for example I buy the 60 days subscription..

 

And for somehow I rested for 1 week just to study for finals... Will 1 week be deducted from my game time?

 

$30 for 2 months... It's like buying a new game altogether....

I would think it would work like any other subscription plan. You pay for 2 months so you get two months. I don't think it cares whether you play or not during those two months.

Thoroughly enjoying FFXIV: ARR.   One of my better decisions.

 

 

I still haven't completed 13 or 13-2 because the final bosses are a bitch D:
Maybe this weekend or something...gotta finish before LR and I don't have very much free time on my hands

I'm a newbie to the FF franchise in general, and longtime fans of the series seem to think it's declining...can anybody tell me why this is? I thought the 13 games were pretty good (even though 13-2's storyline is a little messy). Also, can anyone recommend which one I should play next? I have a ps3 system. (I'm pretty sure most FF games aren't compatible with that...)

 

The final boss of 13 was a fucking bitch. Had to try sooo many times until I gave in and checked out a guide lol.

 

13-2 was easy. I didn't think too much about it and I won

Oh, I see. Has the fandom compared other FF titles to each other before? This seems to be the most hated game of the franchise so far, and I really can't believe it. Like you said, it was pretty enjoyable even with its flaws. I was shocked by the feedback.

 

Ah, I always forget about the psn! So exciting :D I'll try 7. That's the most famous one, right? When I beat Kingdom Hearts Final Mix I'll get that next Thanks!

 

The worse part is there's no break between Barthandelus and Orphan...

 

I'm sure I could beat 13-2's boss if I gave it another chance, but I was so close to beating it once and then it KO'd me with one of those game-breaking moves and I'm still too angry to play it

 

Do you have any strategy tips? What paradigms did you use? If you can remember them ^_^;

 

oh god I can't remember it exactly but I'll try...

 

I had Fang, Lightning, and Hope.

 

Debuff the fuck out of Orphan with Fang (my main <3) and make sure whenever it does it's gamebreaking skill (the sword coming down on you??? iirc), switch to the paradigm where Lightning and Hope are both Medics while Fang is the SEN

 

Also, I had Fang learn some buffs along the way just so I get 2x more buffs (along with Hope) whenever it wears off.

 

AND ABUSE YOUR ULTIMATE SKILL whenever you break the enemy

 

Those are the only things that I could remember
