As a self-admitted superficial Pokemon trainer, I am appalled by the ugliness and lack of cool/pretty looking Pokemon this gen (so far) Dw I always have like 3 pokemon by the time im at the second gym just because I select my team solely on appearance. People have been complaining about the final evolutions of the starters since Gen IV when I started paying attention to peoples' opinions on the internet.
