What are your thoughts if all your local TV channels had Ustream.tv accounts?

I've been thinking about this lately,what if all of my local TV channels had Ustream.tv accounts or just Youtube channels?I live in a country of high population,so I usually don't reach my home on time and I miss my favourite show because of it.Most of us have our smartphones with us;imagine that you are stuck in a traffic jam for 2 hours,your favourite drama has already started but you're still 2 km away to reach your home;so what should you do?Turn on your smartphone's the internet connection,then go to your favourite drama's TV channel's ustream.tv account or Youtube channel and watch your favourite drama,as it is streaming live,while you wait in your vehicle.

 

That's why I want all of my local TV channels to have Ustream.tv accounts or Youtube channels.It would be even better if all South Korean TV channels,Japanese TV channels and Malaysian TV channels has Ustream.tv accounts or Youtube channels.

 

So what are your thoughts about this?

Idk about all channels, but some of the central channels in my country have live stream on their official site. Everything is available after the broadcast as well.
