Insane 728
What keeps you motivated? Like for me is to keep in shape and health, both physically and mentally. But sometimes I lack motivation to go out just for a walking. What keeps you going?

Little Eight 6,542
I get anxiety if I go more than a few days without going to the gym. So I guess my motivation is keeping myself happy and calm.
Rinni 3,316
I get motivated coz I started seeing results ^This Also, I used to run before I started going to the gym, at those times I was very lazy most of the time but once I managed to set foot out of the house everything was good. Eventually I got sick of running and now I go to the gym instead, BEST DECISION EVER. Most of the time I don't want to go but once I arrive at the gym I'm super motivated, the gym's aura is like that, it's like... I'm already here, I must be productive! I highly recommend going to the gym ~
Jinni 4,412
If Xiumin can do it, so can I. I've been running 4-6 times per week for months now and it's all because of him tbh.
Aitso 407
Hatred for myself. No but in all seriousness the only reason I do it is because I sleep better when I do.
Juliet 969
I'm not a very sporty person by nature, but part of what keeps me motivated is knowing that I can actually accomplish something on my own. I set a goal for each day, both for the amount of calories I'll be consuming and for the kind of exercise I'll be doing, and then I feel amazing when I go through a day without cheating. I think those kind of daily victories are what keeps me going. The fact that I started seeing abs in the making also helped a lot.

I highly recommend going to the gym ~ I've thought of giving a try but I can't afford it, I'm unemployed... It would be good for those days when it's rainning and I'd probably have more motivation but I also like to go outside, idk it just feels so good. Keep up the good job I exercise everyday to help reduce stress and anxiety. That's also one of the reasons why I do it but once I'm back home everything comes back

Eaze 725
It became a habit for me.. The only motivation you will ever need is at the start, after a while you're like "Meh, I'm bored. Let me do some push ups." etc.

Suzy Quatro 1,441
Well, I really find it boring just to do exercise like going to the gym but for me it's less monotonous and more entertaining practicing a sport instead (which would also include some gym sessions). I think it's easier this way because you get to practice something you like along with more people also having a trainer is very good for the purpose of keeping yourself motivated. So yeah, I mainly do it because I find it fun although there are other benefits.
