Yup. I'm in my third year of college and I still have that same part time job as I did in my freshman year.

Just make sure to keep your priorities straight. Part time jobs are exactly what they are - part time. I'll only be doing it for a couple more semesters until I get my Bachelors in Chemistry and later my Pharm.D.

Try to find out that has flexible scheduling. If you know you have exams in a certain week, request a couple extra days off or opt to work weekends only.

I'm in my first year and I have a job. It depends on your situation, really. How you set up your schedule, and the job: where it is, when you will have time, etc. Like I have classes on Tues/Thurs b/c thats how I set up my schedule, so it's really annoying when I get scheduled on those days b/c I'd be in school for hours and then have to work for hours, but luckily that only happens (working on those days) when it's last minute or there's no other times. And if youre on campus, you might wanna take that into consideration. I live 4 miles away from my school, but work in 2 miles away from home, thankfully in the same direction, it can be a hassle sometimes though so that's something to consider, to make it easy as possible. It's not bad though, I like it. Since I never worked throughout high school it's pretty nice to actually have money to spend and stop leeching off others.

ahh, i just realized this is during college. i worked at marble slab for 2 years and was mostly interning my last 2 years. it was actually awful, but none of that matters. the only relevant work you will be doing is post graduation.

Nope,I only had Sundays off, and I wanted to use that day to study/rest. I don't spend much money and I live with my parents, so it didn't really matter much to me whether I had income since the little that I needed I could get from my parents.

Depends on your circumstances, especially your expenses and contact hours.
