I like 5/6 of the new ones and 2/3 of the old ones...

Little confused at Gaga, tbh

Gaga's been highly praised by vocal experts because of her skill, don't sleep on her!

Beyonce? Gaga?

Beyonce is the best pop vocalist in the world right now

Beyonce is overrated.

Her vocal not even stable.

Her vocal just like average level of main vocalist of girl group.

I guess I'm just questioning her relevance? Beyonce has a lot of cultural relevance. Adele just broke record sales for her album.

We're pushing Lady Gaga's Christmas album with Tony Bennett from last year at work because for whatever reason, they used them in our commercial. I'm still a little confused about that. And she hasn't put out an album in like 2-3 years. I just kind of feel like Gaga's "relevance" is more about what weird outfit she's wearing than her music, really. And there hasn't even been much of that in the last 2-3 years. I just don't see her regaining that momentum.

It's kind of how I wonder how Mariah Carey is still relevant to some people. Yeah, she's a great vocalist and her voice is amazing, but her last album sold 117,000 copies in the US. Compare that to her highest selling album at 32,000,000 in 1993...She just isn't really relevant anymore. This generation, unless they've been introduced to her by an adult in their life, knows her for being a (kind of snarky) judge on American Idol and as a diva and "that lady Ariana Grande desperately wants to be".

I'm sorry if my opinion is unpopular, but I think Whitney Houston will go down as that generation's it vocalist and Adele will be this generation's.
