Like that one twice thread that said that underage members of twice are over sexualised... Their clothes are completely normal. 99% of kpop clothes are totally appropriate & not even sexual or whatever.. It's pretty similar in countries like Japan as well, walking down the streets of Tokyo you'll see thousands of girls with really short shorts but hardly find anyone with a lot of cleavage showing.
